We are a parts importing company based in the midwest that takes great pride in the absolute quality of the products and motors we import. We started in 2007 in St. Louis Missouri, with one experimental container ship full of a few motors, wheel sets, and silvia conversions. With great success thus far in our region, Dewey (the owner and creator of JDMHookUp) travels to Japan a few times a year to fill up containers to be sent to America. The warehouse is in Chiba, Japan. The beauty of our company is that it is small. very small, with Dewey doing all the purchasing personally in Japan, and having a few local friends in STL to help with the foot work, its extremely easy to offer personal and great customer service as well as focus on small personal order items on every container.

We are extremely willing and hoping to work with shipping all items including motors. However, if you live close enough, we can work out delivery or meeting half way, which is easiest on both parts obviously! You may have seen us with sponsored driver Danger-Dan Sommer in D1-Chicago a few weekends ago:

Our main focus as a company is motors. Our last container we imported roughly 43 motors, including S13 Sr20DET, S14 SR20DET, RB20DET, RB25DET, 13B-T, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GTE, and a few other single motors. We have focused on the Nissan community not only because it is a blossoming market in the US, but because of our loyalty and enjoyment of the cars themselves.

Every single motor that is imported to the US is personally test-driven, and purchased by Dewey in Japan prior to importation. Each car is test-driven for performance and quality check. If it checks out, the motor is then pulled, or clip is cut, and again started on the ground on the pallet to ensure imediate drivability. If it checks out again, it is then packaged and loaded on the container ship headed to the US. This garuntees that each motor we bring back is quality, and nothing questionable is imported whatsoever.

Our other focus and pleasure is importing rare, entertaining hard-to-find JDM parts. From Junction Produce aero kits, to coilovers, full front end conversions, crazy bubble/flower shift knobs, bucket seats, big brakes, 5 lug, LSD's, and wheels in amazing sizes. Hmmmm....I will have to wait to hear from Dewey on that one. I know we had at least 2 sets of 180sx skirts and at least one set of rear valences.

Unfortunately, we are running out of parts quickly from this last container and should have more back soon! Everyone keep posting up though and let us know what you are looking for. This way, we can bring more of that item back next time!
