4th to 3rd over rev, Weird engine sound. Need help!!!!

Ok so before I begin I have no excuse to why I over revved my car. So before any of you say anything. I suck at driving, and dont deserve this car. There. Ok now, I was driving the car and punched it going on a straight road switched to 4th, then when I went to shift I have a horrible clutch and it always slips out or is hard to go into gear in 5th so of course I slammed it into third over revved seen smoke in cabin and pushed in clutch to shift up to 5th. Ever since then my car has been making some strange noise. I have two videos to help explain it better.

Do a leak down test and figure out what went. Probably Bent valves.

Sounds like you're missing a cylinder...is it smoking? Like said, do compression check and figure out which cylinder is dead. You can do this by unplugging a coil pack, one at a time. If the cylinder is good, the car will bog down when you unplug the coilpack. But if it doesnt change, thats your problem cylinder.

Thanks for the quick replies. I really appreciate it. I decided to work on the car at 10pm in the dark and the two rear rocker arms are snapped. I dont have rocker arm stoppers so maybe I need to invest in some. I am not sure on my valves as I couldnt do that in the time given so I guess I am taking it to my friends shop.

I was gonna say broken rocker arms or lost shims, lol!
Rock arm stoppers wouldn't have helped you. Learning too drive will, if your clutch is slipping fix it, and just for shits and giggle fix your speedometer, and anything else that is
half broken!

Sucks about the rocker arms. At least you trouble shot and found your own problem. Good work, some people would have already posted for "help" or "N E one out there fix this for me" type shit. Take some pics and post up.

Replace the rocker arms and check your compression. You may have damaged the valves. Consider yourself lucky that you didnt pull a disappearing valve trip. I've seen enough people drop a whole valve after doing the same thing you've done. Never found the valve after tearing the engine down...

Haha, I would replace my clutch but its a Blitz Active single disc and they arent really the cheapest thing in the world ha. It just seems hard to get in gear sometimes. But maybe im just used to my R33. Here is a picture I took of the inside.
One cam gear is nicked, valve cover where spark plug is has been damaged pretty bad, rocker arms in the rear are shattered, and Idk what they are called but some sort of spring is just dangling in there lol. I had my friend come look at it today and he seems to think my piston may of got nicked if all this happened. I am hoping for the best though. Anyways I will be just replacing the head. I ordered Cosmetic head gasket, Greddy Rocker Arm stoppers. So far. Looking for a red top head.

No one probably cares but here is one of my cars lol

Btw, I have a KA speed sensor but im looking for the wire so I can wire it up. Speedometer is something I really dont use. I just use Rpms, and the sound of my car.

That's actually more damage than I pictured from the description and video, probably 272's or something. If you haven't removed the head as of yet? You're missing keepers, retainer, guides, shims and a the valve is dropped, so you probably have piston and intake valve damage.<--maybe and of course the rocker arms.

Justin S has a redtop head.

In for the bottom-end pics, you've done well! I'm sure that valve massaged the cylinder head well haha.

On a serious note, bad engagement? Bleed your stuff a few times, adjust the Clutch Master properly, and use the right fluid. That stuff goes a long way.

So we told you rocker arm stoppers wouldn't have helped, and you bought some anyways. Good job.

What's worse is that you were still driving it when you made that video. Ouch, that picture made my jaw drop. Post pictures when the head comes off!

Haha yeah I figured if its messed up its going to be well messed up lol. Nah I had to make it home. I bought the rocker arms stoppers because it came with a Cosmetic head gasket and chain tension for $100.00. So even if there is the slightest chance that it could help save me another head I am willing to spend the extra money to do so. I thought bleeding would of worked also, but I replaced the Clutch master cylinder, Hard line, and slave cylinder with brand new parts and it was the same. I really think its the clutch. I am looking at a Nismo one right now.
