Is It Normal To Have A Little Bit Of Oil In Your Hot Pipe That Connects To The Turbo?

Mine did that for a little then stop my tuner said even brand new turbos can do that. But check shaft play side to side and in and out

Is it a BB turbo? Do you have a restrictor or it if so? If not you may want to add one.

pictures of how the oil can is hooked up?

Some oil is normal, maybe 1% or less of one quart spread out along the first few inches of the hot pipe. It should not be a puddle. You do not want it in the intercooler. If it is a T-25 then the seals are probably going bad, and you may have the boost set too high which would lower it's lifespan even more.
