S15 Sr20det Not Getting Fuel!!!!

Ok guys I just installed a S15 Sr20det into my 1990 S13 and I'm not getting fuel to my injectors!!! I took the spark plugls out and i'm getting spark on all 4 cylinders, the wiring for the motor is brand new and installed right. I checked my fuel pump and it works fine, i have the stock fuel filter but i checked that too and fuel comes out of it as well. I think I may be getting fuel to cylinder 4 because that's the only spark plug that smells like fuel has been to it but it is still dry! The car does try to turn over and it almost does.

Please help guys I really need this car up and running soon!

Thanks.

hook up a fuel pressure guage and an adjustable fpr would help as well.

My Sr20 is all stock just has Fmic, no exhaust just outlet pipe, stock t28 turbo, and stock injectors. We sprayed starter fluid in the intake manifold and it started up with some help from opening the throttle! So I hope this means that all the ignition and timing stuff is done right. (I never touched timing on this motor). So do you guys think it's injectors???

O I do have pressure in the fuel lines, and I thought that the fpr only helps when your driving

Check all the normal fuel stuff, lines, filter, etc. also check to see if everything is hooked up properly and the fuel lines aren't crossed... And yes checking the injectors and the injector wiring wouldn't be a bad idea either
