RB rb20 or rb25??

i have a 89 s13 that i am planning on dropping new motor to problem is i don't know what to get?? the rb20 costs as much as a sr20 but their are a few around and the rb25 isn't common so what I'm basically asking is what would be best to drop n and what mods/parts will be needed?

There is a metric assload of information spread out across various forums, google will find it for you. If you're too lazy to try and find that information how the hell are you gonna do an engine swap? There is not a single question you have about a RB swap that hasn't been covered at least 10 times across the web.

rb25 is a drop in swap. driveshaft and all. you need to change 2 wires to get it to run and thats it. the stock 240 intercooler will also bolt right up. bam! thats it!!

^This. Do a few hours of research then ask a few different questions.
Lots of info out there and we can't sit here and explain the pros/cons of swaps to every person on the internet. We are too busy fapping to the sound of buddy club exhausts on rb's

just messin with you dude... what he said^.. if I where you id stay ka for a while if your new to 240s because doing a swap is a lot of work.. but if you really want to swap it depends how much you are willing to spend?? rb20 would be cheapest probably and it sounds dope. sr's are kind of over used and rb's are pretty cool and have potential.. but so do sr's i guess, so what really matters is how much $$ you have to work with

Also rb swaps you'll need conversion mounts or different cross member, new drive shaft, and a whole lot of wiring
