Who can give me an overview of the different 240 motors

i know i see alot of ka,sr, rb(skyline i think), and ca motors. so im wondering what are the weak/ strong points of each. and which one do most people run with? or which one is the easiest to work on/mod? im not trying to go drag strip fast (although it would be nice) but something thats VERY fun to drive that i can also build myself.
