would i be able to use a e60 maf with the redtop and be able to use my safc2 to tune it to work? and would this be and upgrade over the stock sr maf? anyone know what the e60 maf is rated to by chance?

I believe the E60 was used on RB25's? Look up the reference table of engine types and look for the safc value.
