fuel pump not turning on by itself

i just did a rb swap and my fuel pump doesn turn on when i tried to start the car ( i cant hear the fuel pump coming on)we tested the fuel pump manually and its working fine but when we try to turn the car on it doesnt go on
we checked fuses
relay
what else shoul we check
thanks
we also checked the wiring and the plug is not getting any voltage

Are you getting voltage to the relay? How about the fuse? Did you check your ground?

I checked my ground and it reads 12 v I haven't check the relay voltage the fuse is fine thanks

Did you check what he said!?

Check to see if you are getting power to the fuse or relay.

If so, check continuity between relay and pump. Narrow down where you're losing current.

If not, make sure your fuel pump relay output is hooked up correctly on the ecu.

where is the fuel pump relay output?
we havent connect the ecu to the car harness ...could that be the problem

or just hardwire your fuel pump to a switch.

its better to have constant power to it from your battery anyways (when the car is on)

thats how i turn on the car the first time i harwire it to a battery

How in hell do you expect the ECU to turn the fuel pump on if it's not plugged in? Magic? Pixie dust?
