Recently my single cam started making loud clicking noises that gets faster as the rpm's go up. any ideas what this could be?

check your oil, if thats good check for oil pressure (oil pump)

where is the clicking coming from? If its from the top, it could be a collapsed rocker arm. If your clicking noise is near the bottom of your engine, change the oil and look for light metal particles floating around...

collapsed hydraulic lifters. either get new ones or pull them out and re-bleed them (pain in the asshole)

it will click if its low on oil or if you got no oil running to the top

it was running low on oil so i did an oil change and it went away. thanks for the help guys
