Who or were can i get a downpipe for a SR with a top mount,I have the stock turbo,just need down pipe.Thanks!

you cant just buy a universal downpipe.

you can buy a downpipe that belongs to a certain mani / turbo kit, like Full Race.

Or you can have one made.

why in the world would you put a t25/28 (or t2 anything) top mount? where did you even get a top mount t2 manifold?

Custom made...you buy the flanges for the turbo, the stock downpipe and o2 sensor, then have an exhaust shop custom make you one.
