esh... sounds like the pistons are seized.

after driving, do you see smoke (or even fire) coming out of the wheels?

I had the same problem in mine but not so much to where it was stopping the car but when I got out I smelled hot brake pads. I replaced my rear calipers thinking that was it. I still have the same problem. It may be your MC. Was it new or used when you got it (the MC)? Right now my rear pads wear out in 3 months and my fronts hardly wear. My next step is to change MC when I do my z32 brake swap. Whatever is happening could be seized caliper but your MC might be continually contracting pressure in the line or it could be an adjustment needed on your ebrake. I would look into all options before dropped close to $200 on both calipers. Oh and it is unlikely both would seize at the same time if it is.

unlikely to be the master because he didn't change it, but he did change the calipers, so it's most likely the square seal gone and doesn't pull the piston back, or the pistons has seized

it's a caliper off job, inspect it... you might be able to get away with a seal kit, a new piston or two or if the bores are gone then throw it all in the bin :|
