Help! I don't know where these ball bearings go in my s14sr

hello everybody I'm putting together my s14sr and I have these 3 ball bearings. I think they go inbetweentge block and the head they seem like they act as check valves but I heard they're guides for the head does anybody know what these are for or where they go.

Pictures? Unless you're talking about the dowel pins for the head and block to line up?

isnt the only bb on any motor the bypass valve on the oil plate? hes gotta be referring to the dowel pins like the guy above said... you dont want bbs flying around in your motor :/
