SR20 smooth Idle Issues: No coolant?

Trying to get my car somewhat running/idleing - and it FIres up GREAT & Fast...buts very irratic then Finally Dies after a few sec's to a min.

I'm wondering that maybe there no Fast Idle due to no coolant in the motor is the issue?Tried twisting the TPS to see if that was the issue but it only seems to adjust it a tad car STill dies no matter what.

When you Spin the Throttle Pulley to give it gas its not 'instant" but finally revs up high for a bit but not long.can't seem to give it Enough Steady gas to keep it running.

Few things I haven't set up just yet:
**TPS is not Set per FSM yet
Throttle cable un hooked/no bracket yet
*No Coolant yet

*Reason being is because alot of Suff has started leaking (P/S pump,Oil feed line Washer on the block) a little and didn't want to put coolant in it If I was gonna have to pull some stuff back Out.Will Do coolant as soon as it Idles SMooth.

**TPS is not set due to the car being originally Auto w/ Auto TPS and I switched the entire harness,ECU and TPS to all Manual.
It can't be wiring related.Re-checked ALL That.

I guess its All somewhat Halfass right now,..but surely it should hold an Idle I would Think.
