Oil catch can location & replacement KA24E

Is the hose going from the PCV down the center of the engine going to the Oil Catch Can? How can I get in there to see it & change it?

ka24e doesnt have a oil catch can stock?

to replace a pcv valve its below the manifold behind the alternator. you have to take the alternator off to access it.

PCV valve on a single cam KA is right on top of the intake, very easy access. The dual cam's is under the alternator and hard to reach.

And the hose goes down through the middle of the runners to a breather thingy on the left side (facing the front of car) of the timing chain cover.

Just happened to have some pictures:
PCV valve

Side of timing cover

That hose is coming from the PCV valve.

There is also a small hose running from the ECCS downward right by the PCV hose. Where does it go?
And is it possible to replace these while the engine is together in the car?

Its possible to replace these but a big PITA.

The small hose is a coolant hose that goes to a tube under the IM.

If that hose or the PCV hose develops a hole--would it be a minor vacuum leak?

The PCV hose will cause a vacuum leak but the small hose would have coolant leaking.
