RB s13 W/ rb25det s2 no fire or fuel

First let me state that this is my first nissan project, but by far not my first build.
Now for the problem, the obviously dosent start, pulled No 1 spark plug, no spark and no fuel going into the cylinder. Break out the multimeter, there is power in the grey wire going to the injectors(feul pump works fine also), there is power and ground going to the coils, all the 12v switched and unswitched work properly at the ecu along with the grounds.

With no spark or fuel that leads me to believe that the ecu is not functioning properly or at all. I have at least 6 wiring diagrams and im pretty sure its all wired up correctly. Also the neutral switch works corectly.

Is there any way to tell if the ecu is functioning?

thanks for any help

Send a message via AIM to Zerolift Autolab
what is the # on the ECU you have ?
There are a handful of various RB ECU's
its really easy to mix up the S1 and S2's
