Where do I place censor?

Problem

So my car shuts off because my rpm drops too low.
I was told that my air/fuel ratio mixture is not correct.
Where do I place the sensor that is hooked up to my boost controller?

Before the manifold but after the blow-off valve, or what?

Would I need a special drillbit to drill into the piping (I like to do things myself).

LOL

The boost controller sensor has nothing to do with that

either re-circulate the BOV or Tighten down the the Adj. screw on it

Check for Boost leaks

In that case, where would I place the Boost Controller Sensor then? I haven't even put it in yet.
