rich as hell coming off boost

ok, mods the matter: rb25, gt30r, z32 maf, power fc, nismo 740cc injectors, spitfire coilpack. so i get into boost and everything is fine, but when i let off after making a run past 6500 my afrs go pig rich like below 10 (dont know how far below the aem uego wont tell me) it goes away if i blip the throttle a couple of times, but its consistent. Whether im at 18, 20, 22, 14 pounds it always does it. I cant figure out why. any ideas? i hope its just something annoying and stupid im over looking. Oh and the car runs great otherwise there are no other symptoms.
