what are you sourcing your signal line from for the wastegate? is it to a direct source or tee'd off of something?

I'm pretty sure its tee'd off with the boost gauge, intake manifold and the wastegate

it really should be a direct line off of the hot pipe, the turbo itself, or if you have no where else to do it, the intake manifold with no tee's.

I run mine (s13 sr) directly off the intake manifold. I'm not a fan of teeing anything off unless it's absolutely neccesary.
