Valve Guides..

Ok guys ive searched a bit and can't find anything. But what i want to know is, how hard is it to replace the valve guides on an SR? Im buying a car this weekend and the guy says it needs new valve guides. Any help would be appreciated.

Pull the head and take it to a machine shop, Its worth it to let them do it
Its kinda a delicate process

So that is why the valves are stuck? Cause thats what he told me. And is there anything else i should get while im at it?
