| Zilvia Member ![]() | the top pic is just a coolant line thats routed on the side of the intake plenum. i forget where it goes since mine has been disconnected for a long time, the one on the bottom of the throttle body is just another coolant line routed through the bottom of the throttle body to warm up the intake charge. what is it that u really want to know? its all stupid stock bullshit that can be rerouted and removed v the top pic, that piece is just like a big C shaped metal tube connected to the intake. the other side of it is just pointing downward. it doesnt actually go anywhere in the intake or anything, its just attached to the side. the bottom pic, the other side of that passage is just on the left side of the throttle body. it just goes across the bottom of it. for the top pic, if you just take the line off of the bottom part and plug it, you should be good. for the throttle body one, take the line off of the other side of the throttle body and plug it... these are just quick fixes. the best way to do this is to take the intake manifold all apart and simplifiy thw whole thing at once with some common sense. you really basically only want the lines going to the heater core... everything else in the intake manifold is useless, except ofcourse the main passages coming from the water pump and what not.

| Zilvia Member ![]() | answered. those small lines dont matter. you can either fix em or block em. just make sure to tightly seal all connections, and if you plug a hose, just make sure its got a bolt in it or something with the right hose clamp. just use your common sense when doing this, follow the lines and see where they go. its fun lol

| Zilvia Junkie ![]() | the bouttom pics are yur wiper motor shit... the lil black box whith all the other stuff on it is yur pulse injection(air injection for cat operation).. u need that to pass smog in CA , the line on yur valve cover connects to that line that is plugged on yur intake its part of pcv system and helps exhaust valve cover odor .. youll probably smell shiz when u drive with it open like that.. but doesnt hurt anything.. the 1st is obviosly a coolant line find out where it goes.. buy a piece of heater hose.. according size.. and clamp it back..... done and............done |

| Post Whore! ![]() | Last two pictures, ASCD actuator and pump, and the plug that goes to it up by the wiper motor. Did you remove them, or just find them in the car?
