mine didn't go in all the way either. i think it's normal, though there was a thread on this a while back. just whatever you do don't force it farther in.

You can rotate the shaft on the actuators. Maybe the bend will give you the space you need.

You can't just bolt on the actuator tothe turbo for SR20s. You need to test fit i on the flapper as well. As I remembered it I pounded the crap outta the plate that holds the wastegate. I never had a problem with the lines. As per the threads, that looks about right...

MAKE SURE YOU GET A OIL RESTRICTOR.....

Umm...you can re-clock the center to keep the water line away from the actuator arm. You tried that yet?

spin the actuator rod the other way so the line has more space..should work. you shouldn't have to do any hammering to the flapper. just use some common cents (.02) and figure it out. it isnt that tough. 100's of other people have done the same thing with the same setup.

I couldnt get my ss line to fit with the 90 going to the turbo either, but i did find that with my i/c and inlet piping, it fit really well with the 90 going to the coolant neck and the straight fitting into the turbo.
