does a ka24de clutch fit on the ka24e flywheel?

does anyone know?

clutch/ flywheel should.

I've never done this and I don't know, but somebody was saying the sohc and dohc have different throwout bearings.

Clutch/flywheel, yes...
Use the throwout bearing specific to wherever your transmission came from.

I got a SOHC clutch from JGY and Nate there said that the throwout bearings are different but the plates are the same.

Not necessarily. It depends which year DOCH it is. 89-90 is the same as 95-98, while 91-94 DOCH are the different bearings.
