Got my car running.... but its idling like crazy ness?

ok. so i start it and it jumps to 2300-2500 rpm or more
and then back to a grand and back and forth

i searched this forum and ka-t. org and they have similar problems but not whats going on with me?

i changed my maf. ecu. both those sensors on the back of the intake manifold. iac and the other one. i timed it with a timing gun, to the best of my ability with the fluctuation.
I'm stumped.

any suggestions?
any of you had something similar?
please and thanks,

-mike
I sprayed it down with brake cleaner and no fluctuation. so there shouldnt be a leak....

Iacv is not adjusted.

Set base timing, and adjust your IACV.
