| Zilvia Member ![]() | I finally found the upload cord for my camera. I am very pleased with my setup, most definatley. and the relocation of the climate control was easy. it just doesn't fit, so you have to either dremel the climate control, or the bezel. and loosely screw it together. it looks like ass with the bezel off, but nice with it on. pointless carbon fiber owns me. I know there are others that hate it... but I cant get enough... lol. if I could afford to make overlay's for my whole interior I would do it... now after making myself look like a moron, heres my contribution. ![]() hope you guys like it. I sure do... God forbid, but I plan on molding air/fuel and oil temp into the bezel around the cluster and I also plan on putting boost and egt into the a pillar... I think it will be great. most will not.

Trader Rating: (0) Feedback Score: 0 reviews | nigel1 - That's very nice, infact I was looking to do the same setup (sorry haha). Do you mind telling me how you got the gauges to stay in place? I was thinking of fabbing something up using plexiglass. |

| Zilvia Member ![]() | the gauges are held in by the metal brackets that come with them, they are shaped like this... |_| and then the carbon fiber is just cut to fit really snug in there, and then I fabbed up two brackets that rotate to hold the cf panel in place. I used a holesaw to cut the holes as well for added cleanliness, the climate control was just dremeled on the sides to make it the same width as the cdplayer, and all that was loosely screwed together at first and then tightened down, if you do it to your car you will know exactly what I mean by that. for the bezel overlay I removed the ash tray cover and cut off the extra material with the dremel, and used plexiglass from home depot and made the block off for the cigarette lighter, and JB Kwicked everything in place, I then sanded it all smooth and put a quick coat of bondo over everything, and sanded that smooth. then I spraypainted it all black and made a template for the carbon fiber. I then traced it to the cf sheet and cut it out and attatched it to the original bezel. I used a holesaw to make the new 12v outlets, that I purchased at radioshack to power my radar detector and my cellphone charger or G-tech or whatever. the outlets were 6 bux a piece and come with nice built in plugs so when nothing is plugged in it looks super clean still. I think thats about it. ![]()

I wasgonna do the exact same thing. but make a cover for the gauges so they can be hidden for a more stock look when not in use. btw i think this is one of the best positions. | ||

My KA-T project is moving along now and I should have gauges sometime in the not so distant future. Planning on moving the a/c / heater controls down like that too, that way the gauges will be more in the normal sight line. I was gonna put them under the headunit but that's way too low to be looking at while driving. Thanks for the pics Nigel! Anyone done this in an S13 yet? Just curious if the controls fit down there without major surgery. I have no problem trimming things, that's for sure. Dremel 4 teh w1n!

Boost on the steering column custom mount, Oil Pressure and Water Temp in the useless cup holder/opening on the center console. Turbo Timer where the blank/security light would go and 911 light and defroster buttons relocated over. ![]() W/O the steering wheel so you can see it better... ![]()
