No major issue.

The MSD SCI and Blaster II coil seemed to be no help. I had to run really tight gaps to keep the spark lit. The ignition broke up at about 500 whp at .025 gap just like the bone stock ignition did. I ended up with .018" plug gap.

The clutch slipped once or twice when it was cold. The car is just making too much TQ for any KA clutch out there. In the final run on the dyno, you can see me intentionally slipping the clutch to heat it up so it will stick.

I could not turn the boost up any more then 28.83 psi most likely due to the $50 MBC.

The Crower Turbo cams had hardly ANY effect on power. It basically shifted the power band 100 rpms. I am very dissappointed. I talked to Crower and they are going to do a different grind and send them out to me to test.

At this point, the head and valves are bone stock. I am running Crower dual springs and Ti retainers. The intake is stock with PCV ports removed. The TB is stock. The hot side pipe is 2.25" and the hot side pipe is 2.5" The intercooler is WAY too small as its only rated to 400 HP.

I think with a set of cams that work well, a more efficient intercooler, and 1 more psi of boost, I should be able to make 620 WHP

I've seen MD's produce 15-30% lower numbers than dynojet... so I'm betting well over 600whp on a DJ already. AWESOME.

HAHAHAHA.... The looks are the BEST part of this car. Who would think that this ricy 240 packs such a punch. The look on the face of the driver of an EVO, Z06, Cobra, (insert some quck car here), etc when getting landed on by this visual assult is PRICELESS.

To be honest, the car was stickered up around 7 years ago when all this was in style. The looks of the car are the owners least concern.
