loose body panels

total noob quistions but i got a s13 coupe in a trade and i plan on daily driving it. one of the previous owners was obviouly into drifting and has plenty of aftermarket parts on it but my stupid quistion is the whole front end is loosely thrown togather, the carbon fiber hood is only on by the front 2 pins so it would fly off instead of hitting and dinging the roof AGAIN, the fenders are held on by 3 of the top bolts and the front bumper is held on with zipties. now i do plan on learning to drift after i fix my other civic but will this be ok for daily driving? and is this normal practice for drifters or was the last owner just lazy? lol i feel like a total retard for asking but o well. what can i say. im a honda boy. pics of the car will be up soon too. deff a must see!

Would you feel safe driving around in a car that has loose parts? Answer that question and then work accordingly.

lol sorry im not your typical ricer honda boy. i acutally had a clean 8th gen civic with all FACTORY lips and visors.... no hellaflush or any of that bullshit. now the 240 on the other hand is totally rice. lol its bright purple and has a pink roll cage for god sake! but like i said before it was for drifting so you guys may like it... had tein tie rod ends and ungraded knuckles but he ended up taking them and using them off and selling them but it still has all the other aftermarket parts.so first things first im ordering either godspeed or tein inner and outer tie rod ends, and shortening the knuckles... o and painting the dumb ass cage! lol

this is not a silly question. actually we leave a lot more stuff loose. when you get really hardcore drifter boy style, you actually leave lug nuts loose so when your doing a super dope drift they fly off. in japan they try and hit targets with their wheels.

Bragging about a civic... Sounds like the typical honda boy to me.

If you like it being loose then why ask if it's supposed to be like that?
