I had the same problem. all i did was replace the clutch MC and my problem was sloved. I got it for $18 at autozone and it only has two bolts. really easy to change, just remenber to bleed the clutch line after you are done.

^^^Can't beat that deal. I fixed this problem on my s14 by replacing the push-rod that link you clutch pedal to the master cylinder ($12 from nissan), while you're at it get rid of that dampener loop since you're bleeding the clutch.

Sounds like the push rod link was $12. I believe the whole MC assembly is closer to $70 new from nissan. (I think that's how much mine cost)

A relatively easy piece to replace, just remember to bleed your clutch, and not to get any brake fluid (as far as possible) on your paint!

that's the clutch master cylinder. I had to replace mine after the swap. It's not $18, it's $60 from autozone. The Slave cylinder is $18.

Mine leaks a little sometimes. I took the MC off to see if the seals were bad, but they looked alright and I put it back on. Now whenever I get on it kinda hard and shift, something rattles down there. I can't find where it is coming from, anyone had this problem?
