Found the killer Cup holder.

After much searching, I found the killer cup holder. What makes this one great, It has an adjustable vise (clamps or expands) made of rubber. It also does not rattle. It also clamps from a small red bull can to a 64 ounce monster. It does not let your drink touch the stick...even in reverse.

Haven't drifted with a drink in it but neither should you.

First, you pop out the ashtray and door. Then you adjust the thumbscrew on the side to clamp it down. On our cars, you expand the two grippers outward to expand them and this holds it in tight. Since the clamps are rubber, no vibration or rattling.

Next, you turn the top ring and this opens and closes the cup clamps (4). The picture has the unit displayed where you can see the adjustable bottom clamps.

I put mine in today and it looks and works fine!

Enjoy!

PS...to find it, an RV supply, Marine supply should have it. It is called a Wizard.

Expect the price to be from 6 bucks to 18.99 depending on the ripoff scale. I got a bunch of them wholesale to give away at meets.

Nice, but is there annother way to mount it besides the ash tray. I hate having a drink in the ash tray, unless I'm on the highway because its really in the way of shifting.

Doesnt have a way to mount it to the side of the center console does it?

pretty cool design, there should be another way to mount it. do you have any suggestions were you can mount it other than the ashtray?

It will clamp anywhere. I shifted mine right and clamped it in the hole. It is out of the way for me.

In the car.

It will slide anywhere on its base and then you clamp it down. It does not go anywhere.

I am sure someone will come up with a better idea and make this one look like poo poo. Goes with the territory.

It can also be screwed down in a fixed location.

Another pic of the adjustability.

LOL! I had one of those in my 92 integra! I got it from Kragen a long time ago. I don't know if they still have that thing. Yeah, it worked great till my brother found out how great it would be in his car. Maybe I'll switch the 'ol Type R Hong Kong a/c vent hanging one for one of those. That A/C vent thing can be an eyesore at times, and it only holds soda can size drinks.

CA18, this is the biggest one they have. Cost 1.58 full of mountain dew.

TACO BELL.

Yea...I went out late night just now and did it for you...also killed an acura 3.2 on 10th..

....Then I purchased a crunchy, a soft and this big azzed thing.

Room to spare, I drove regularly, and semi aggressive, no problem.

Pictures..

I've got an old skool portable phone like that....its an Ericcson....and if you push *83# you unlock the phone's "test mode" which allows you to scan thru a number of different frequencies and listen to peoples ca....err... test the reception of cell frequencies.

ahhh yes, well the cup holder is the defining utility in deciding whether a car's interior is truly functional..
