Don't worry, with all that blue crap in there you don't even notice the cracks.

Mine are pretty shiny still also. the JDM one is different right?
Also whats in the space where the pop up button is?

I LOVE my HUD, just wish my windshield hadnt been cracked when I got it. Finding a replacement HUD windshield is fucking impossible, or 1100-1800 bucks.

Are your door card recovered or stripped to black vinyl? Mine are jest stripped until i figure out either what material or what seats I am getting.

Just get a regular windshield and have a tint shop tint the spot where the HUD pops up.

my buddy did it, if done right looks OEM and works better than the factory glass did honestly.

I have my rear window defrost where the pop-up would be, and fog light button under it.

Door cards are still stock. Wrapped with the same cloth as my seats. Tiger like suede.

Doors look good. S14 seats and matching cloth?

I guess I need the other fog light button, I have the one that goes where the O/D light goes.

Only thing that immediately comes to mind is the PBM EVDM, but I don't know if it's what you're looking for.

Now we need to see Toby gut one and integrate it into a dash or cluster.

PLX makes some stuff where the display itself is square in a round housing. You could remove the housing and hide the remaining gauge behind smoked plexi like Tob does for everyone's fuel gauges etc.

A small custom gauge setup I did in my friend's '05 STi.

You can check the build pics here:

Finally got a picture of Skrappy's JZX110 dash with everything installed.
I did the gauge pod up top and he mostly did the trim with the turbo timer and boost controller.
