IMO DonaBeast Sil80 looks better than the Skylineparts Sil80. Something just plan and simple and not riced out. There are good/bad looking sil80 and there are good/bad looking pop ups but who cares. All that matter to me is that I drive a 240 and i'm proud of it

Well said!

I'm not a fan of all these body kits and conversions but I do have love for the Aero Sil-Eighties -- would never do it to my car though.

all sileightys must have aero. if it doesnt, it wont look right. the body flow isnt as appealing. but even with a silvia front, it doesnt match up with the rear end of the car. there still are interests in these styles out there, me being one of those people. . but if you ask me if i would build another one, probably not. although, i love the diverse options we have available for these cars. heres my sil80

thanks, more of the experienced/gurus of zilvia/240 scene arent too much of a fan. when i first got my hatch, i loved the silvia front end so i had to have it. but like it was said before, have to have aero. i just didnt want anything too aggressive. i like all 240's. as long as it is done right. no player hating from me. do what you like. thats what makes the 240 community different. just dont rice it out. im tired of seeing all these civics with b16's, b18's, k20's. i like seeing 240's with ka's, ka-t's, sr20's, 2jz's, a dam ls1/ls2. this is why im here.

Tasteful cars will never be out of style, just the shit ones. Even s15 fronts look good when done right imo. People tend to dislike overal if the ratio of good to bad is off, just like rx7club hates FCs with bodykits cuz theres alot of crap looking ones lol

I'll admit the Sil80 looks pretty fugly at some angles even though I drive one... lulz

Aero bumper + Kouki skirts + Kouki rear valence

Skirts and valence need painting still before I get them on.

I'm surprise no one's posted this one yet:

I like any car that isn't done up in rattle can and shitty aero.

That said, I love Sil-80s.

Like someone said earlier, Benson's Sil-80 was definitely one of my inspirations way back then.

Here's a local coupe that's for sale. I love this car.

I know it's not a sil-80, but if I saw more sil-80's done this well, I would like them a lot more.

HAahahaha, there you go again with your race car "better cooling flow" and "40lb's lighter".

If you're figuring that way, it's also less aerodynamic because you have more frontal area. And since when do people care if their car is shorter?

No it's not personal preference. Sil80's are ugly. Period.

Kouki 180SX aero IS stock. Just on cars in Japan. Sil80's are the original Fanboi car "because that's what all the touge guys do in Japan!"

s13.4b on a coupe right?

because s13.4b on a hatch....

i guess it's a matter of opinion. I'm not about to blatantly say it's ugly and it shouldn't be done because I don't like it.

I like dem s13.4 zenki's tho

on coupes it looks R32ish
