Hi all,

I just installed sr20det on my s13 and now i would like to install a/c on that. Does anyone have idea how much it will cost? and someone need to do it, what will be the labor & parts? i mean just an approximate idea will be helpful. I believe i have to do the wirings again for sr motor to run my a/c. I got already a/c compressor came with sr. Thanks.

Mechanical part is FREE if you do it yourself with the adapter brackets that bolt your KA compressor to the SR.

Electrical part is FREE if you search on here/FA/Google for the wiring (I only know how to do the S13 SR into the S14), I can't imagine that it is any harder though.

I don't know what the current price is on the adapter brackets so you will have to contact CodyAce for that.

Exactly. Plus your post is full of questions, what other parts do you already have, everything, or just a compressor? Is this a SOHC chassis, or DOHC? Have you already replace the drier? Is it wired at the ECU, or no?

No one knows what the cost is on a job they have no knowledge of.

well if you get a ka compressor 50$ on zilvia, brackets from codyace ~70$, and research the wiring, you just need to pay to get it charged and i have no idea what that costs hopefully someone else can help...that is if u cant install the brackets/comprssor etc.

you'll need the following:
-dohc ka compressor (YOU DONT NEED BRACKETS, the oem ones will bolt 3 outta 4 holes up)
-dohc condensor
-dohc hardline from condensor to compressor
-dohc evaporator
-dohc hardline from compressor to evapaorator
-dohc hardline from evaporator to firewall
