Cluster Conversion?

I have a 1993 240sx Coupe, in my coupe i have a Digital Hud in it and it stopped working. So i know it is either a wrecked wire or my VSS unit. But thats not what iam after is there anyone that knows something about if i could switch it over to a regular Cluster with a speed and rpm guage.
Call me crazy but i like seeing that needle climb up the guage if that makes sense.. ok thanks for all the input..

so again is it hard to just switch out clusters and if someone could push me in the write direction and show me how or some links that would be awesome thanks
