Mechanical tune ups/Dyno Based???

I was thinking of this the other day...

Because there are so many SR or KA, or even RB powered or other power plant Nissans out there that are not running up to par but so few really require a EMS or full standalone for their goals why not offer a Dyno Based Tune UP?

Has anyone seen any other shops, or freelance tuners offering this?

Basically it would be a full dianostic check up on the car, including base timing (most explained but most commonly done incorrectly even by very reputable shops), plug gap and check up, vacuum leak test (using a professional tester which is actually a smoke machine!), Wastegate adjustments using Large Staineless steel Washers and longer bolts to raise boost levels on stock setups to 10-12 psi on internally gated turbos + up to 3 hours of dyno time

Obviously this is more accessible to locals, but I was curious if anyone has seen any other dyno shops doing this sort of thing on EFI cars?

If anyone has any other recommendations I would love to hear them, especially with the market down, there are so many cheap and free ways to make our cars faster, and run better even without costly hardware and I think it's not a bad way for tuners to help out while beefing up the output
