Cant Afford Track Entries

Cuz the closest one is willow springs. But i cant afford 110 bucks every entry. Cuz i baught my 240sx strickly for track but right now i just wanna get some practice in so then i dont feel like im wasting money.

My question is, Is there any one that lives in the 661 santa clarita/ velincia area ?? I would like to jsut practice in soem empty lots, my firends have shown me a few spots but usually security shows up and ruins the fun. I havent actually dirfted this car yet cuz ive been working on it soo much. I dont live in velincia, i live about 20+ miles away but i cant practice where i live cuz it crawlz with cops and theres no places up here either. I cant drive it down there cuz right now its got a DOHC MAF and i have A KA24E-T. Its fouling the plugs real fast, so i would either tow it down there for some fun or..... idk.

Thanks for your time.

Dude, $110 is cheap compared to what you're actually getting when you go to the track. Great advice from people on how to better your technique. Safe environment to do what you want to do. Best of all it's legal!

Don't know why you consider people stopping you from doing something illegal stupid.

Why did you get a 240SX solely to track it when you never wanted to pay for the track time? Did you seriously think it was free?

626 Drift, R.A.D. Experience, Just Drift, etc. all provide events monthly. I'm sure you could save up $110 to attend at least one event every other month or so.

Becuase I had a job at the time and i was sure i could afford it. But the closest job was off the mountain and gas was outta controll so i quit. but i had left over money to just about finish it. Im not gonna argue. If every one has negetive things to say to me its no help what so ever.

I never thought it was free. When i rode motocross it was 25 bucks per bike. i didnt think it would be too much more for cars but i was wrong.

once again if people just wanna talk crap then help find alternatives than what ever. honestly if you were a true member you would help others instead give them shit for the problem there having.

you have 2 options:

take it to a track

do it on the street.

doing it on the street is illegal and will get you caught and reflects bad on our community.
you dont have any more options. stop being a fucking idiot and do 1 of 2 things.
1. make more money
2. save up money untill you can take it to the track.

Dude, what you're asking for is for help in committing a crime. True member? What is that about? Why would I want for more people to stereotype the 240SX driver moreso than we already have been?

Get a job and save up for events. That's the advice a friend would give you. An idiot would tell you of some lot that he believes to be abandoned which opens the risk of you being popped and losing more than just $110 at a track event.

HATING thats all it is. ive put lots of work into this car and right now i have about 220 bucks to my name.. my friend offered me a job all the way in taft and he said he would drive me so i might be getting a job there. You all think its easy to get a job.... maybe in your area but where i live its alot harder and would make you guys look like idiots if you tried living here.

dude, you registered last fucking month. you have to be here a lot longer before anyone "trusts" you, let alone the fact that you'd have to actually meet them in person. just because you own the same car doesn't mean we're all automatically your friends who will hang out with you and break the law with you. no one here is going to stick their neck out for some random 19 year old.

REALLY ?? Do you really expect me to belive that im the only one thats participated in these activities ?? I garatee you 90 percent of the members have done there shit on the streets too. Dont fucken try makin me look like im the ONLY person thats done drifting on the streets. i bet you have too so before you run your mouth about me not on the track the whole time ITS HARDER FINDING JOBS.......... DO YOU KNOW WHY???!!!! BECAUSE WHEN YOUR IN THE MOUNTAINS CUZ YOUR FAMILY SIMPLY CANT AFORD IT IN L.A. ANY MORE ITS LIKE A MIRICLE IF YOU FIND A JOB WHERE I LIVE NOW.

i know your gonna jump too... well why would your family not be able to afford to live in l.a. any more...... is cuz my mother is on disability do to lazy employes.. im not gonna get into detail but you have no right to say im the only one doing these " illegal acts" you all have done it too and if you say you dont your lieing

Street drifting is dumb as fuck, ESPECIALLY for a beginner. Beginners make lots of mistakes. At the track all those mistakes do is make you look like a beginner. On the street one of those mistakes could destroy your car or end your life. Protect your investment, and your life, and pony up the money to go to a track and learn what you are doing. If you don't have a job, then get one. I feel you about being too broke to go too the track, I haven't gone in months and I am FIENDING to go fast. I still haven't resorted to going all gung-ho on some canyon road though. I have been there and I didn't like the results. You won't like the results either.
