Just saw this new Manifold @ Enjuku ISIS Intake Manifold - Nissan SR20DET S13 - Enjuku Racing Parts, LLC

Anyone heard of this brand? Looks just like the Greddy Manifold but way affordable.

I was wondering if anyone had an experiance with this manifold yet?

I would definatly buy it if its good quality.

It does look like a greddy knock off. probably better than the ebay specials..and it's polished! bling bling! that will probably be it selling point. If it bolts up nicely i'd buy it.

Definitely looks like a GReddy knock off.

Can see the depression on the manifold where the GReddy plaque should stick to if it was a genuine unit.

That is where you are wrong. Casting is different. More porous more turbulence. Just touching the inside you can tell. You should be making more power on the real greddy unit.

p.s. I don't know anything car related that you're only paying for the name on more expensive products.

I don't even think you can get the stock intake manifold for 200 bucks. If anything I would just stick with OEM, the greddy one is bling anyway and causes you to lose bottom end power if you're not making more than 400hp.

Try headwork first and portmatching the intake manifold to match your head and smoothing the runners a bit before going the extreme route and replacing your intake manifold.

If you can't buy the real deal, then don't buy at all. There are way to many cheapasses out there wasting there money on knock off parts, that you probably don't even NEED anyways. 90% of the time you end up spending more to make up for the shortcomings of a knock-off part anyways.

And your not always paying for the name. Do you have any ideas how much it actually costs to design and manufacture a brand new part?

Seriously if your that poor, stop wasting your money on car parts and put it to better use.

The simple fact is that you can afford anything. Whether or not you have the discipline to set money aside for legit product is up to you.
Unless you compete, you probably could get along fine with a knockoff. If you do compete in drift or time attack, you usually are more critical of the parts you run.

Well, the thing is, you do realize that by supporting the knock offs, your slowly strangling the companies that originally made the parts? Eventually the outcome will be that these companies will go out of business and itll dry up the parts available for our cars. Itll be fucking 1999 all over again...

Noobs honestly cant comprehend how it was before 2002 car parts wise for a S-chassis. Parts were damn near impossible to find...

I Agree 100%. Thus why i don't find it "Bad" to get a knockoff part. It's not like my whole car is put together with knock offs.
And i do know how hard it was to get parts...

Greddy isnt going out of business anymore there just going under a financial re-organization but the products are still gonna be produced
