the crossmember we are building will be connecting the stock mount locations, steering rack, tension arm mounts, frame rails, etc all together.

I can apreciate the work that goes into a big build like that having just finished the 2nd build of mine in 12 months.

1 question, why didn't you use the 200ZR RB20 oil pan rear sump setup? Thats what I did on my RB-Z

The RB26 pan is actually a stressed member of the engine, and has the sweet baffles. If you have the fab skills, plugging up the holes and using the RB26 pan is hands-down, the best way to go.
