Today at work I met a guy who worked at honywell (started at garett before it was bought over)

I was joking with him about hooking it up with a turbo charger & he said he has a t5 in his garage about 10 years old that he never used.

I was wondering if the t5 would be compatible with my 91 ka, and if it was compatible is it worth it or is it just going to be a waste considering i would have to replace the internals (the engine has about 80k on it)

I'm novice to building an engine so an info would be cool, maybe even a good place to look as far as learning how a turbo works in hand with my engine

i'm assuming, thats what i pulled up when i searched it - is there anything i should ask this guy when I call him that would be able to give you a better idea of what i'm looking at?

we are gonna need a lot more info than just that, like what size, flange type, and al that good stuff.

Maximum Boost is a good book to read.
