Wheres all the local so-cal fabricators? i need low cost exhaust work done from a good reputable fabricator.

Low cost and good reputable probably aint happening.
They usually charge minimum 60-70 an hour to fab anything. It'll take at least 4+ hours, plus flanges, muffler, and if you need a resonator.
Cheaper to find an used exhaust.
