On the second pic that stupid "trademark auto house" watermark is covering up half the bumper.

i have no idea what comes with CDTRL's but they cant be that hard to wire up (power/ground, done). If your not comfortable doing it you can mail them to me and I will do it for you.

and you can get the screws at any hardware store.
