S13 Coupe rear exterior options

Hello every one.

I have an S13 coupe, with a Silvia frontend. It has OEM Aero front and side skirts. And i was trying to find what my options were for the rear. I am looking for something Simple and clean.

There doesn't seem to be much out there other then body kits, which i am not looking for. I know there is the Bings rear valence. Are there any other options?

Here is a pic of my car:

I am not sure if i like the Bomex rear lip (not the 2pc valences) - but they are so hard to come across.

I cant seem to find any thing else for my car, if worst comes to worst i will get the Bings rear valences but id like to see what my options are.

PS: i got my set of Gold Work VS-XX that will go on the car soon. And the car will go back to the body shop to get repainted after i figure out what rears i am getting.

What is TST ?

Do the OEM coupe rear valences look like the bings.ca ones?

Here is a pic:

Yes, Bings are knock-offs of the stock pieces. OEM is the best. That's what I have. IMO, it works the best with the OEM skirts and Aero front. Like my car.

I've seen oem front and skirts matched up with painted oem rear mudflaps... I don't think its what you are looking for, but it looked good imo

Your car is sick and I love it. Exactly what I want my car to look like one day only in black or white. Rear valences/aero is definately all that sucker needs. Awesome ride man.

yea i think i am going with the bings rear valences..

oh and as far as the wing, i am going to try removing the center section (3rd brake light). I think that it will make it look nicer.. i just am not sure if its illegal in PA not to have a 3rd brake light. If it is.. maybe i can do something inside the car for the 3rd brake light

first off, I gotta say thats one clean lookin car. Second, does anyone know where I can get like a new rear bumper cover? the previous owner of my car somehow hit a tree and now theres a huge ripple that just looks like sh*t. Ive looked, but the only thing i can ever find is the foam support and body kit bumpers.

And about the spoiler's 3rd brake light. I dont know about PA, but im pretty sure its a must in mo. I'd go ask a cop or something, but thats just me.

(EDIT)http://www.pacode.com/secure/data/06...hap153toc.html All you need is 2 red brake lights. It just says that the brakes must light up when you push in the pedal. So the 3rd brake light can go if you want it to.(EDIT)

hot coupe ~ I love the oem look, but I'm addicted to popups, and couldn't find/didnt want to pay a premium for oem skirts. I'm in the same boat about the rear, but I've got lower skirts so I'm going to go with the URAS type S

Now that URAS offers them in the US, the price got cut in half lol.

What are you going to do about tails?

If you went with OEM front and sides, I would only look right with OEM rear. Mismatching wont flow too well with the lines of the OEM stuff. Everyone knows it. But do what you must.

Sorry to revive an old thread but I figured since the discussion was already started in here it would be better than starting a whole new thread.

I want to get a kouki S14 spoiler for my coupe... Does anybody know how it compares in width in terms of fitting on the S13 coupe? Am I going to have to chop it in half and cut some of it out to get it to fit properly or does it pretty much fit? And dont just say "Buy one and try it." Id rather know what Im getting myself into before I go randomly spending money on shit.

Im talking about this:

PS- If anybody has a kouki S14 wing for sale, let me know!

this has been discussed before

it fits fine, just shave the mounting panels so it fits

s14 trunk = curved slightly
s13 coupe trunk = flat

thats all
