Ok here goes my experience of the night:  Got in the car with my friend (Note: He drives a 97 z 28 vortech supercharged)  We are driving around town on a 4 lane  and we see a Neon with half a body kit  no not just a bumper   it had no front bumper period!  Bling bling wheels a big ass aluminum wing and an apc special fart pipe pulling out of a gas station.  After a quick laugh we keep going then a few seconds later it was attack of the killer bees that thing comes flying by us.  My friend always looking for a race takes off after him ok so we are on his ass fast and it switches to a 2 lane road that goes up a hill that neon down shifts black smoke rollin out the exhaust and we are still right on his ass  anyways my friend loses intrest and turns around  and on our way back we find a mustang what is it about mustang people that makes them think that just because they have a mustang 6 or 8cyl it is extremely fast.  long story short he gets his ass whipped.

This may be true, especially with a tricycle like mine. Its a 464 fwhp big wheel. Man that thing is so hard to keep from torque steering when Im raping those 9 second supras, but I keep it straight somehow and run flat 6's. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

my bro hit 15.3 and he mis shifted and broke too..and still hit 15.3..he could of gotten like 15.1 or mayb 15 flat..goes to show..vortech sucks

lol.. neons are decent cars... my friend's steven is around 190hp right now.. and in about a week or two its going to be around 240hp... &nbsp;its a badass car... we went out killing v6 accords.. modded preludes, modded inline accords.. and &nbsp;a heavy modded civic si.. &nbsp;its an auto 2.. lol

His car ran 13.8 stock &nbsp;and runs 12.8 now with bald tires and with 6lbs of boost and has yet to try out his 9lb pully &nbsp;so i believe he will be able to pull low 12's possibly high 11's which isnt too bad for a daily driver. &nbsp;and by the way he is at about 470hp

a neon is a neon no matter how you look at it. &nbsp;but as far as a 4dr neon with half the body missing and no actual performance parts i can make fun as much as i want

I had a Neon. Even though it was 4 doors and SOHC, it did pretty damn well. That car was a sleeper and I didn't do stupid stuff like putting heavy ass chrome rims and a big ass aluminum wing on my car. I did invest a lot money into my Neon. The down side was stock hondas with a muffer or ZX2 drivers that would give me dirty looks always try to race me and I would always beat them badly. Overall, I just wanted a 240sx really bad and I traded in my baby. The End.

no matter what, neons are butt ugly(IMO), and stink of a low class car, everything about it, the interior, the looks, they have no style. &nbsp;240's arent fast, but they have style, and looks, and when people look at you driving it they say hes driving a 240, nice. &nbsp;Not, hes driving a neon wtf?

0-60 bikes are untouchable...but if you have a really fast car (10 sec car basically) you should be able to beat most bikes if they aren't modded. &nbsp;But a lot of people do mod their bikes...they don't mod them for 1/4 mile times, but usually a well modded bike will hit high 9's.

94 Suzuki GSX-R ::my baby:: 0-60 3.7sec 1/4mi 10.7sec Stage 2 jet Yoshi exhaust but otherwise stock. &nbsp;That was a fast ass bike.

FYI only car to ever beat me....a 94 Mustang 5.0 LX coupe supercharged on N2O

Blah this is bs. Who freakin gives a shit if you drive a civic. It's an economy car and it'll always be an economy car. Why the fuck do people buy ferrari and lamobrghinis? For that money i'd make my 240 run 8s prolly. That's much faster than a lambo can do. Why buy it? Cuz to the people around you, you are only driving a 240sx, but the guy in a lamborghini is driving a lamborghini. most of them have no fuckin idea what 1/4 mile times mean, or even what hp means. What they see is a car. And no stupid body kit will make a civic look like a ferrari. won't even make it look as good as a m/c 240 (those 240sx conversions are GHEY on civics. they don't fit nor match. i've seen a couple). So yeah. Even if someone beats you... they is still driving a civic....
