What's up with the window? Is the motor out or is something broken in the door? Also why does it need a new dash?

the motor is out for the driver side

while sideways performance shop was swapping the motor they accidently set of just the passenger side airbag. they promised me a new one but soon went out of business -__-
after you replace the dash it would be good

I had it to 300 to the wheels but lowered it for better gas milage and daily driving so right now its at 260hp
