I just want to post this to see if anyone might be interested. It is my project car but I don't have the time to complete it. The car starts and runs perfect but I have not drove it more that 10 miles in the past year and a half. It has around 119,000 miles, an automatic, and a clear title. Almost all the body panels are off of it to do the S15 conversion. I have everything but the hood. S15 headlights, S15 tail lights, and this trial body kit: http://www.fabtech-bodykits.com/bodykits-nissan.html
It's the yellow one on the right side. Only mods were getting rid of the fan and fan clutch and putting in an electric one, rewiring the ac control panel to the glove box to make room for gauges, and totally removing all air bag components. I just went to KBB.com and checked the value on it and it was $6600. All the extra S15 parts and misc stuff was around $3000. I am looking for about $7600 which I think is more than fair. Don't hesitate if you have any questions. Casey

PS I also forgot in the original post that I have fenders as well.
