before reading on, the car needs an alternator, I do not consider this a big issue, I just dont have time to fix it.

Flip up headlights DONT SHAKE- completely stable and sturdy
Car has all AC components (although AC needs recharge)
Car has all ammenities (power steering, power mirrors, cruise, power door locks etc)
Car still has oem jack, full size spare tire and owners manual
Car comes with receipts- partial, doesnt include everything
Widebody fitment is SPOT ON- no mismatched panels or poor alignment- FLUSH PANELS
BRAND NEW BATTERY- I mean brand new, I just bought it yesterday
System sounds nice and car rides well. You could daily this car if you wanted
Actually gets decent highway fuel economy- doesnt spool at freeway speed
Car will come with stock intake with MAF, Spare Gutted Cat, Stock Injectors and fuel rail

The BAD:
Paint needs work in some areas (rear bumper, couple cracks in front bumper, couple cracks in the trunk)
Car needs a new alternator (but I will be replacing this in a few weeks)
Climate Control Lights are out- minor problem
Door Panels show their age a little bit- common for mr2s though
