Thumbs up 1988 V8 LS1 Rx7

hello all, (please no v8 haters and those who disagree with the swap)

well its time to sell my beloved project, its come time for me to move on and let this go to its new owner, with work and my very busy lifestyle, i find less and less time for it. i've had this car for about a year ( bought it when it was stock) from its very first owner. the swap started about a month after and the complete swap took about 5 months from start to finish ( including waiting for parts). NO PENNY was spared on this project and it definitely shows. i can account for every part down to the NICKEL so low ballers will be ignored ( i have the excel sheet to prove it). this car is a SOLID swap and will be ready for the track with a few tweaks here and there. i haven't even put 75 miles on this swap so she's still a virgin. here's a list of parts:

Vehicle :
1988 FC Rx7 SE (128k on the body)

Powertrain Parts:
1999 WS6 LS1 Engine and T56 Tranny
Hinson FC Mounts
S4 LSD TII Rear End (4.1 gears)
Corvette Fuel Rail Covers
HSC Wilwood Modified Master Cylinder
Master Cylinder Adapter
HSC Clutch Hydraulic Line
HSC Battery Relocation Kit
HSC Race Fuel System ( Walbro 255 w/inline filter, full SS lines)
FC Power Steering Kit
HSC LS1 3" Custom Driveshaft
HSC V8 Premium Cooling System (HUGE PRC Radiator)
Custom Cold Air Intake
JTR 1-3/4" Long Tubes *Ceramic Coated*
HSC LS1 FC Wiring Harness Mod
FC PS restrictor valve
Custom 3.5" intake wrapped in Heat armor w/K&N Filter
T56 Prothane Tranny Mount

Cobra 6sp Shift Knob
MSD TR55 Spark Plugs & 7.5mm Wires
Lokar SS Throttle Cable
Baker Electronix VATS Bypass w/ custom removable "2nd" key
Zero Clearance heat shield
MGW F-Body Shifter
Spal Fan Controller V3
TurnOne PS Restrictor

Exhaust Setup:
(2x) Magnaflow 6" Round Mufflers
(2x)Magnaflow Tips
Magnaflow 2.5" X-pipe

MISC/Interior:
Pinion Snubber
S5 Front bumper
custom 10" subwoofer box w/ Fosgate Punch p2 and amp
Alpine deck
Custom Gauges
Autometer Ultralite II Speedo
Autometer Ultralite II Tach
Autometer Ultralite II Fuel
Autometer Ultralite II Water Temp
Optima Red Top Battery
Autopower Race Roll Bar
Sparco Ring 330mm Wheel
MOMO Hub
NRG Quick Tilt
Inertia Switch
K Sport Camber Plates
Ground Control / Tokico Illuminas
Custom dead Switch Panel ready for NOS
AeroWorks CF Cooling Panel
Alternator Rectifier
5 Lug S5 Spindles w/ BRAND NEW full bushings replaced
T2 Calipers w/ larger FD front calipers
DTSS Elims
S5 tails (modernized)

and i'm sure that there are a load of things i didn't list...

LIST OF THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE:
Autometer Fuel/Speedo must be calibrated
Clutch needs to be replaced
5-lug needs to be put on
braking needs to be done(lines/rotors/pads)
and a tune.

it KILLS me let this car go, but i really wont have the time for it anymore, if it was up to me she would sit there for the next couple months/years waiting for me to give her the attention, but realistically thats just not possible. she's almost ready for the track with just a few simple adjustments and mods, after that she'll be a beast to reckon with, the car is still driveable with the clutch the way it is, you just cant stomp on it or it'll free rev, but ive take trips around town and it holds just fine, no slips or anything. THE SPARCO SEATS SHOWN WILL NOT BE INCLUDED!!! they will be replaced with the stock seats. i also have some 17x9 and 17x10 brand spanking new enkei rpf1's in silver that i can include with an additional price, but everything extra i have for this car will go to the new owner. i'm in no rush to sell this car so please dont waste my time.
i'm asking 11k OBO boostedeuce@hotmail.com
serious buyers please call me : 408-372-7362 , i usually dont check my emails and pm's too often but i will always respond to phone calls. here's a few pics of her:

I have an LS6 S13 hatch...Started price at 11.5. Now it is around 9k. You should consider lowering your price to about 9k also. Just saying, it will save you alot of time.

i may consider it, but i dont see why i should lose money when there's no reason to... not even a gas tank ran through this swap and the parts are pretty much brand new !!!

My car is not even out of the shop yet and it has much more done to it...My point is, you cannot get EVERYTHING you put into it, back out of it. No one is going to jump on this until the price gets around 9k. And even then, they are going to just ask questions and flake at that point, but it is enough to keep your post going to get the car out there in the open to get people to shoot you offers....

Just trying to help out a fellow LSX guy.

Arer you gonna buy it? Probably not, so let the guy ask what he wants for it. Its his car for sale not yours

Super legit swap - looks great! 1999 = meh, but it's still an LS1/T56, so that's rad. Stock body car gets all the 'sleeper' cred and all, but anyone wanting to drop $11k is going to want the kit/paint/wheels already done.

If you have such an aversion to a price drop, consider keeping it.

GLWS, looks like everything was done well and thought out - hopefully there's a buyer that will recognize that and ante up.

thats already a given. thats why i spent 14, and asking 11. thanks for the advice but this isn't my 1st or 2nd ( or 3rd or 4th of 5th or 6th car... seriously) so id like to think that i knew exactly what went into this car and exactly what the value is. the price i listed is just the asking price, people can lowball all they want but the car will just sit, doesnt bother me much. if someone offers me 8k and i know that they'll take care of it , cool, there you go, i now have space for my new c6 Z. as much as i'd like to keep it, i have too many toys and not enough space.

Eh whatever, just leave it. If someone wants the car, they'll make an offer. Just leave him alone.
