WTT 2002 blue WRX 62k miles
i want to trade/sale my blue 2002 wrx with 62k miles that drives/runs great, it is my daily driver...but now i want to have a dailly drifter i will part with this car for 13k AS is if you want it stock ill go down to 12k (mods are worth over 2.5k)


or ill trade for your S14 and possibly some cash


MUST BE MANUAL TRAN


id prefer the 97+ (i think that is when the front ends changed) but it doesnt have to be


color also doesnt matter but id prefer white first...then black, but if its not white or black thats fine also

Give us more info on your car, mods? I know the 2002 and 2003 had transmission problems with higher horsepower, have you replaced the transmission yet?

im the 3rd owner, i do not drive the car hard at all like i said its my daily driver never taken to the track, rally or anything like that...but id be lying if i told you i have never floored it, i mean who hasnt?



and they had transmission problems due to idiots who dont know how to drive/launch awd (i can honestly say i have NEVER dumped my clutch because that is the main reason these cars trannys go out) but even still they are weak transmisisons lol

i have not replaced the tranny, the general idea is they are good for 300whp with someone who knows how to drive it.

mod list:

18x8.5 rota SVNs with custom blue lip and the tires have less then 1k on them 235/40/18 kumho ecstas

custom blue and black leather seats

bc racing coilovers

tuned via utec

SRS catback exhaust

invidia v3 catless downpipe w/ divorced wastegate

helix catless uppipe

injen short ram air intake

only makin like 240 whp i could also completely return the car to stock if they wanted to

Hey man, it's not a 97 but you said you're looking for a 240SX...and I'm looking for a Subie. Here's what I got...

-95 240SX base edition 170k on the body and engine
-converted from 4 to 5 lug
-new paintjob
-350z front calipers
-s.steel headers, downpipe, test pipe and muffler, no cat...its a 95 and I live in NY
-vis vented cf hood
-door poppers
-custom silver gauge cluster
-Sportmaxx 17"s all the waround 17x7 front / 17X9 rear

Also got a set of 350Z rims and 300ZX calipers and 300zx > 240SX brake line conversion.

Let me know what you think...what exactly is wrong with your tranny?

nothing is wrong with the tranny at all...they are just known to be a little weak...how does your car run and would you be putting any money on top of your car

No they had problems with stock horsepower

I bought one with 32k from a Benz dealership with a receipt in the car for a new 1st and 2nd at 23000.

this is true but also plays into what i said...that is people who do not know what they are doing and beat on the car. no doubt they are weak transmissions. but they are also very capable of holding hp as well as long as you dont rape it.

Clean car. Rims not my style.

I am going to attempt to trade my 240 for a WRX or STi this spring. Damn clean car though!(rims not my flavor)

I have a green 97 SE, 130k, VLSD, compleatly stock unmolested with a pile of parts awaiting spring when it comes out of hybernation.
kts coilovers, bride brix II, 17x9.5 battles, 5 speed, new clutch, alpine stereo ect...
