free markets has nothing to do w it..

people got to idealistic with lending money to people who cannot afford it, this has been happening for a long time..

thats why freddie and fannie tanked. dont blame the system, dont blame bush, blame social idealism that has pushed congressional policies to encourage home ownership for the past 15 years, double digit home appreciation was bound to tank.

and having quazi public/private institutions like fannie and freddie represent lazie faire markets being corrupted by government intervention, of course the government and politicians are going to blame "the system"

I believe you misinterpreted what I meant. I did not mean to come across as socialistic. I am conservative by nature. If AIG goes under, though, it would most likely mean huuuge setbacks for all the developed nations that have interest in them. SOMETHING needs to be done to prevent it.

Even though this is totally off topic, its free bumps for you. Btw nice S14. Keep it. You will regret selling it when the market is okay again.

Hey I am buying a new S14 by Monday. Mine just sold... Was looking at Kouki's but for the right price I would be interested. It also just so happens I will be in Philly this weekend! Cash in hand... PM a ballpark for everything you got and we can go from there bro.

Thanks
Jordan
