FS: Silvia S15 SpecR Aero Rolling Unibody in Socal

I am selling a White 2008 Kaizo Silvia S15 Spec-R Aero Unibody kit from Kaizo Industries. This unibody includes everything except a drivetrain (the Motor, Harness, ECU, Trans and Driveshaft). The Kaizo website explains the remanufacturing process that the unibody goes through, how the unibody is shipped and answers many of the legal questions usually asked.

Read Info on Kaizo Industries at Kaizo Industries - Home of the Kaizo Unibody

I don't mind answering those questions as well, I just put the link up as a reference.

I am selling the car with the Kaizo Manufacturer Statement of Origin. That means this unibody has no title or registration as it is not a complete car. Once the buyer installs a drivetrain then they can use the MSO along with the receipts from the drivetrain and installation to register it as a home built / specially constructed / kit vehicle in their state.

Check with your local DMV for information on the title and registration process of home built / specially constructed / kit vehicles.

For all those in California, you can register Kaizo Unibodies under the California's alloted 500 smog exemptions, but they are only available at the beginning of every new year. You can still register out of state until then.

I am asking $23,000 for the unibody.

I am located in Orange County California
If you have any questions feel free to email or call

Thanks,
Casey

...people pay 23k for a mere chassis with interior? awkward... don't mean to hi-jack ur thread but all ill say is: ECR33 imported. $20k. including container. rhdjapan.
s15 chassis with interior, no matter what chassis style is probly worth $10-12k without a motor and drivetrain. km makes somewhat of a difference. unibody, scrutinizing eyes, weld job. eh, plus another 2-4k for the ensurement of quality. pictures don't seem to show any special modification or welding enhancements. great looking car, but glws..

Don't worry about it, I have no problems with people questioning price. I wouldn't want to be ripped off and I know no one else does either. I have had and have a number of Kaizo unibodies and they definitely fall into a different price category than any other RHD vehicles. That doesn't mean you aren't getting something for your money.

It is kind of funny you mentioned the R33 because I am currently selling a completed Kaizo RHD ECR33 as well. It is going for $22,500 so the pricing with rhdjapan actually seems comparable. I also couldn't verify the process in which rhdjapan brings in their cars, but that has a lot to do with the pricing on Kaizo Unibodies. I do know the entire Kaizo process, and can say that the fact that they can be registered in California ads more to their value. It really is hard to put prices on these kinds of vehicles, but in my experience S15 Spec R's sell for a lot more than R33 GTS-T's. I guess that is a preference thing though. A car is really only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

So my price is based on a couple of things. It is the price of the Unibody from Kaizo Industries combined with what Kaizo S15 SpecR's are worth completed. The Kaizo S15 Unibodies alone go for around $25,000 from Kaizo and I have seen used private party complete Kaizo S15's sell for as much as $37,000. Obviously things aren't selling for what they used to right now, and I have adjusted my price accordingly.

I am always open to offers, so if you are interested just let me know.

The Evo is for sale as well. It was one of the cars built to be used in the new F&F4 movie so it is running and driving. It is a 6.5 TME, let me know if you have any more questions.

anywho, back to OP. are you able to get ahold of a more affordable s13 or s14 rhd chassis? just curious so when the time comes (which will be quite soon) i know a few people to inquire with.

Sorry about the Neg rep thing. Like I said before, I completely understand people questioning price. That is how these things work. The seller wants to get the most money he can, and the buyer wants to get the best deal he can. After negotiation, the sale price is usually fair for both. I have no problems with that.

Anyways, I don't think I'll really be buying any more unibodies. I am just trying to sell off the last of what I have. Besides, it is honestly not really worth buying an S13 or even S14 unibody anyways. The price to buy a Kaizo unibody is going to be more expensive than what you could get a great condition running driving 240sx for here. Then you have to buy the drivetrain and install. It will end up being pretty expensive. The RHD part of it is cool, but probably not worth it in the end.

How much does this "process" cost? Can you post pics of the chassis modifications that kaizo did?

Nice pics of the car, I'm interested in adding it to my RHD collection (FD3S (RX-7) and R33 GT-R). You said you have the MSO to give to the buyer, do you have a picture of it?

Can't beat the price for this type of car, I'm amazed it hasn't been sold yet.

I don't know the exact cost of the Kaizo process. I can say that it is an extensive process and thus substantial. But they keep it confidential for a reason.

You can read about it at
Kaizo Industries - Home of the Kaizo Unibody

I do have pictures of some of the modifications that were done specifically to this Unibody.

Flytwa78 - The R34 Bodies go for about $55K, R33's $40K and 32's $25K

Project 328 - Sorry for the long delay, the unibody does come with a complete interior

Silnismo - Thanks

eBay does help pay for Zilvia.nets server costs. We in turn, don't pay for theirs.
