I ordered some CUSCO control arms for my car. Took almost 4 months for them to get to me. However, when asked, they were pretty good at communicating and letting my know why I hadn't gotten them yet. Apparently, they were on backorder, then they got sent the wrong parts and had to send them back and get the correct ones. The items were promptly shipped and their tracking system was excellent. I could see exactly where my parts were. When they arrived the items were packaged well and not damaged at all. So, in retrospect, Nengun Performance has rare parts and good prices, customer service, and shipping. Just be patient with receiving what you order.
