Thumbs down CXRacing

I dealt with them on ebay, not on here in particular. But they showed up here briefly.

Cons: cheap customer service
Pros: cheap price.
Overall: you get what you paid for.

BIG thumbs down on them.

I don't want to ramble but the pic will do a better job.

Basically they gave me five 3" couplers when I need three 3" and two 2.5".

The guy I dealt with, Kevin keeps telling me to try it out. Despite the fact that 3" ID couplers isn't gonna fit on a 2.5" OD piping.

Then there is the lack of clamps for the 3.5" side of the reducer and only 1 pair of 2.5" clamps.

All I wanted were two 2.5" couplers and a pair of clamps. I haven't gotten a reply since Monday. Good customer service rise to challenges, not back away from them.

I'm just gonna dispute it with ebay or file a claim with my credit card company. I can go out and buy come couplers and clamps, but there are principles involved.
